2006 Porsche Cayman S

I finally got one of my dream cars. A 2006 Porsche Cayman S. Arctic Silver. 36k miles. Full Leather Cocoa Interior. Immaculate condition. If you’ve never driven a Porsche before you are missing out. It’s truly a special car. It handles like no other. The amazing part about this high performance car, is that it can be driven as a daily driver, and many get over 100k miles put on them. And if you are DIY inclined, you can do most of the maintenance yourself, saving tons of money. For instance, change the oil yourself for around $70 or go to the dealer and pay $250.

I picked up my Cayman from a great guy out of the San Francisco area. I had a PPI (pre purchase inspection) done by Sokol at Euro Motor Cars in San Fran. Highly recommended. Amazing friendly guy that really knows his stuff. He even offered for me to stop by after I picked the car up to check the codes again for free to see if anything changed within the week until i picked it up. He also emailed me a couple days after we drove back to see how my drive went.

Since the drive is around 1100 miles, there was no way we were driving that in one session. So me and my wife decided to drive to Vegas, stay for two nights, then drive to Albuquerque. Vegas is pretty much 1/2 way. Got into Vegas on Saturday around 7pm. Had a nice dinner, then called it a night. Sunday we setup a spa day at Caesars Palace, very much needed! Then we did some shopping, had dinner, then called it a night. Monday morning we had breakfast and then finished our drive back to Albuquerque. What a great way to get to know my new car!
